Photo of the Week…Gator Country

Here’s a photo a took over the weekend while in Louisiana. I spent a few days fishing the Houma area last week. Conditions were tough with bad weather, wind and extremely high tides, but we managed to find a few fish.

We also saw quite a few of these placid creatures.

Jeremy Chavez is a full-time fly and light tackle fishing guide who hails from the Bayou City (Houston, Texas for those of you not in the know). He eats, sleeps and breathes fish.
