Foggy Winter Trout

Jason, Mark, and I spent a few days in Matagorda, Texas last week fishing several new areas. Fishing started off slow in the mornings but we managed to catch a decent number of trout late in the day on topwaters. All of our fish were in the 16-20″ range. We caught all our fish on skitterwalks over scattered mud and lots of shell in about 3′ of water on an incoming tide.
