The annual Houston Fishing Show at the George R. Brown Convention Center starts today and is running through the weekend. There will be guides, tackle retailers and manufacturers, boats, seminars, and much more. If you’ve never been to the show it’s worth your time and money to get out there and check it out. Plenty going on. I’ll be at the Texas Tackle Factory booth Wed – Fri afternoon. I will probably be at the show this weekend too, but not sure when just yet. Stop by the TTF booth and talk fishing and check out TTF’s new Killer-Bilt rods. Two of Texas’ best custom rod builders (Chuck from Charlie’s Custom Rods and David from Texas Rods Works) joined forces to build a quality stick.
